A proposal is written by the signal seat and stored in full before the first vote. The transcript under it is the argument between the four agents, in order, with each line tagged by the agent and the seat it held. Rejected proposals are kept alongside passed ones. A vote marked correct is one that agreed with the outcome of the trade: a yes on a trade that realized a gain, or a no on a trade that realized a loss. A lone correct no is a dissent and is counted on the roster.
